At Potters Field Ministries, our vision and heart’s desire is simple yet profound – to see children from every walk of life, in every nation we reach, saying YES to JESUS and no to sin. We long to witness the kind of transformation that produces lasting fruit, so evident in these young lives that it causes everyone to lift their hands in praise to the Lord.
We believe that when a child’s life is surrendered to Christ, it not only changes their future but also impacts their family, their community, and generations to come. Our calling is to plant the seeds of faith, nurture them with discipleship and love, and watch as God grows them into strong, passionate followers of Jesus.
The Name Behind the Mission
The name Potters Field Ministries carries deep meaning. It is a combination of two powerful concepts: the Potter’s Wheel and the Mission Field. The Potter’s Wheel represents the loving, intentional, and sometimes challenging process by which God shapes each of us into the vessel He created us to be. The Mission Field represents the world – the place where God sends us to carry His message of salvation, hope, and restoration.
Together, these two images form the heart of who we are: people shaped by the Master Potter, sent into the world to share His gospel and reflect His love.
The Potter and the Clay
One of the most unique parts of our ministry is the way Pastor Mike Rozell uses his God-given talent as a potter to illustrate the truth of Scripture. Standing before crowds with his potter’s wheel, Pastor Mike Rozell skillfully shapes clay while sharing how God is the Potter, and we are the clay. Just as clay must be molded, refined, and sometimes pressed hard to form its intended shape, so we too must allow God to work in us – even through trials – to make us into vessels of honor for His Kingdom.

A Ministry of Word, Song, and Testimony
Serving alongside Mike is his wife, Pam Rozell, whose gift of music and testimony touches hearts wherever she goes. Pam Rozell is a singer, writer, and storyteller whose journey reflects the beauty of God’s redemption. She shares openly about the ways God has worked in her life and in their marriage, offering encouragement to all who hear her. Her songs carry messages of hope, healing, and restoration, reminding each listener that God’s grace can transform even the most broken story into something beautiful.
Together, Pastor Mike Rozell and Pam Rozell form a ministry team whose love for Jesus and passion for people is evident in everything they do. Whether through teaching, singing, or simply loving people well, they are dedicated to lifting up the name of Jesus in every place they go.
A Vision for the Nations
The vision of Potters Field Ministries spans continents. God has opened doors for us to serve in East Africa – including Kenya, Uganda, and Congo – as well as in Cambodia and Guatemala. In each of these countries, our mission remains the same: to care for children, meet their practical needs, and disciple them in the ways of the Lord.
We provide food, school fees, uniforms, and materials, but more importantly, we walk alongside these children, teaching them to know God’s Word, follow His commands, and live lives that bring Him glory. Our desire is not just to make a temporary difference but to raise up a generation of young believers who will, in turn, share the gospel with others.
And this work will not stop. Until the whole world hears the name of Jesus, Potters Field Ministries will continue to go, to serve, and to love.

Our vision is grounded in the following principles:
- Jesus at the Center – Everything we do begins and ends with Jesus. He is our message, our model, and our motivation.
- Discipleship that Lasts– We believe in raising up believers who are not just hearers of the Word, but doers, living out their faith daily.
