To Whom It May Concern:

It is a true joy and privilege to write this letter of recommendation for Pastor Michael and Pam Rozell. These two excel in the calling to which Christ has called them and are making full use of the gifts and talents which He has bestowed upon them. It is an honor to state that they are former faithful participants in the fellowship of believers at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale.

Mike and Pam attended Calvary Chapel for approximately five years. In that time, I have witnessed a miraculous work of God's Spirit in their lives. They grew in their faith, their love for one another, and their trust and love for our Lord Jesus Christ. Pastor Michael and Pam have demonstrated an others-centered faith that mirrors the walk of Christ Himself. Even the stepping forth in their current ministry was a stride of faith which has been an example to us all. They truly have forsaken all of this world's comforts and confidences to follow that call spoken of by the Psalmist as "Deep calls unto deep...." (Psalm 42:7). They have heard the heartbeat of God and in the child-like faith of a new believer and mature obedience of the aged saint have followed His voice, much in the stead of Abraham: "....Get out of your country, from your kindred and from your father's house, To a land that I will show you." (Gen. 12:1)

Pastor Michael and Pam's ministry is not for the sleeping Christian world. It is designed for any gathering of believers who wish to be challenged in their walk with God. The enthusiasm and conviction with which Mike and Pam share the Word of God is contagious. Because it is pure Word, it will reprove, correct, and instruct, but because it is delivered through vessels who have been broken and molded in the Potter's Hands, it will be delivered with such love and gentleness that it will encourage and provoke those who hear towards good works, created for them before the foundation of the earth.
I whole-heartedly recommend this couple to you with the same conviction which the Apostle Paul commended Timothy to the church in Philippi:

I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you soon, that I also may be cheered when I receive news about you. I have no one else like him, who takes a genuine interest in your welfare. For everyone looks out for his own interests, not those of Jesus Christ. But you know that Timothy has proved himself, because as a son with his father he has served with me in the work of the gospel. – Philippians 2:19-23

Pastor Terry Risser - New Hope Foursquare Church

Dear Pastor Michael and Pam,
Thank you sincerely for coming to New Hope Foursquare Church and presenting the gifts that God has given you. Your testimonies, music, pottery imagery, and sensitive hearts for the Lord truly touched our congregation as many have commented on it since that day.

Somewhere between 20-25 people accepted the Lord and many others renewed their commitment to Him. As we continue to pray for our city, we are trusting that God continue to bring a great harvest. We are grateful for His faithfulness in every way.

I feel privileged to have developed a long distance friendship with you both and look forward to hearing what God continues to do in your ministry as the months progress. If the opportunity arises, we would love to have you some to Salem again. I will contact Lori in the near future and see if you will be in the area some time this year or next.

May the Lord enrich and strengthen you in your rigorous schedule. What a sense of joy it must bring to be in His will as you surrender your talents and treasures for His use. You are deeply loved and valued.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter for Michael and Pam Rozell of Potter's Field Ministries. They have been with us several times at the church, and it is undoubtedly one of the most unique ministries I have seen. Michael's ability to captivate the congregation with his wit and humor in giving his testimony gives him a full platform to deliver a hard-hitting salvation message. That message being given through his God-given talent as a potter brings a real, tangible message of God's love for us.

I highly recommend them for services in your church. They are a delightful couple who have experienced the ups and downs of life yet remained faithful and steadfast in our Lord.
