It did not take long after birthing Potter’s Field Kids to realize that while our field teams certainly needed financial help, it was not the only area of support they required. Realizing that additional help in the field was a vital need for our pastors and their teams in the field, we put a plan in action.  We used our existing facility in Northwest Montana to develop a Mission Training School (MTS) at Potter’s Field Ranch.

MTS offers two programs. Both programs involve three months of classroom training, 24/7 discipleship from staff, and experiential challenges created to activate the intern’s faith.  Both programs culminate with service in the field, one for four months and the other for six.
